What is the myOnco360 Patient Portal?

The myOnco360 Patient Portal is a web-based tool available to Onco360 patients. As a patient, the myOnco360 Patient Portal helps you manage your specialty medications, review prescription details and alerts, track your orders, and pay your copay online.

How do I enroll?

To enroll in the myOnco360 Patient Portal select the New User? Register Now button under the sign-in section of the portal. Fill in your information, email, create a password, and select your security questions and submit.

Why does Onco360 need to validate my information to grant me access to the portal?

To protect your private pharmacy records, we carefully review each registration request. We take these extra steps to safeguard your information. This process may take 1-2 business days. You will receive an email once this step has been completed. If you need immediate assistance, please contact us at (877) 662-6633.

How do I track my shipment?

Once you sign-in to the myOnco360 Patient Portal, your prescription shipments can be tracked under My Rx. Current shipments will show in the status section at the top of the page. Click Track My Shipment button to track your deliveries.

How do I pay my bill?

To pay your bill visit the Billing section of the myOnco360 Patient Portal. Under the Total Balance select Pay Now to initiate your secure payment. Accepted methods of payment include debit/credit card, HSA/FSA, and ACH Bank Debit.

Where can I see my prescription history?

Your Onco360 prescription information can be found under the My Rx section of the site. Under your prescriptions, you can view up to 12 months of your prescription history including medication name, dose, date ordered, and status.
